Ten Year Limited Warranty on Cabinetry:

This warranty applies only to purchases of Eurodesign cabinetry from an authorized Dealer, Distributor or Retail outlet. Eurodesign Cabinets (Eurodesign) warrants, to the original consumer purchaser, that our cabinetry will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to cabinetry purchased through Builders, General Contractors and/or Remodeling Contractors as specific warranty will be covered via provider’s contract. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claim consideration.

What IS covered under the 10 Year Limited Warranty:

• This warranty applies only to Eurodesign products used in residential installations.
  Eurodesign’s 10 Year Limited Warranty is to the original purchaser and it is non-transferable and non-assignable to subsequent owners.
• Eurodesign agrees at its sole discretion to repair or replace qualifying product, or any part thereof, which proves upon inspection by Eurodesign to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period.
• This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement with comparable cabinetry from standard Eurodesign product offerings in effect at the time the warranty claim is made.
  Eurodesign will make reasonable efforts to match the color and style of cabinetry but cannot guarantee any match due the nature of wood and the natural aging processes of various wood species and finishing materials.
• This warranty applies to cabinetry at its original location site and in its original installed position.
• This warranty covers defects in the post-designed materials and/or workmanship of the cabinetry. This warranty does not include design, measurement or installation of the cabinetry.

What IS NOT covered under the 10 Year Limited Warranty:

• Any Eurodesign cabinetry that has been changed, modified, altered in any way, or moved from its originally installed position will be excluded from warranty coverage.
  Any cabinetry that has been installed improperly, as determined by Eurodesign, by non-Eurodesign personnel will be excluded.
• Damage attributed in whole or in part to intentional or unintentional damage, including but not necessarily limited to damage arising from, accident, neglect or improper care, abuse, fire, water, land movement or earthquake, or acts of God will be excluded.
• Damage which appears to have been caused by excessive exposure to heat, cold, moisture, arid conditions or direct sunlight is beyond Eurodesign’s control and subsequently excluded from the warranty program.
• Damage resulting from any improperly functioning or improperly installed appliance is excluded from warranty coverage.
• Improper handling or storage, overloading of cabinets and/or defects or damage not directly caused by Eurodesign personnel, processes, or selected materials will be excluded.
  Eurodesign will not modify, in any way, existing cabinetry to match repairs or replacements.
• Eurodesign will not be responsible for the cost of any third party labor or materials, removal or installation of appliances or other products, electrical or plumbing services, shipping, freight, or other incidental or consequential expenses or damages incurred as a result of a warranty claim.

Cabinetry, by its nature, is subject to wear and tear though normal residential use. It is normal for dents and dings to occur as items are stored and retrieved from storage. It is also normal of painted finishes to crack as part of the aging process due to environmental conditions (changes in temperature and humidity). Cabinetry is not eligible for warranty repair or replacement as a result of wear and tear from normal home usage or aging. This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship and does not apply to the natural aging and/or mellowing of wood and wood finishes or to normal wear and tear.
Eurodesign continually seeks to improve and revise its product lines and manufacturing methods. In doing so, Eurodesign reserves the right to make changes in materials, specifications and styles without prior notification and such changes are not valid reasons for product refusal or warranty replacement.

Lifetime Limited Warranty on Drawer Guides and Hinges:

Door hinges and drawer guides carry a manufacturer’s Lifetime Limited Warranty to be free from defects and workmanship under normal use. Replacement hinges and drawer guides are subject to availability from the manufacturer and subject to shipping and handling charges. The manufacturers reserve the right to make changes in materials, specifications and styles without prior notification and such changes are not valid reasons for product refusal or warranty replacement.
